Step 1: Set Up Your Profile

Tell us everything we need to know so we can serve you seamlessly every time.

  • Create Your Account
    Go to Create My Bin Profile and sign up.
  • Enter Your Service Details
    • Full Service Address: Where we’ll pick up and return your bins.
    • Number of Bins: Select 1–3+
    • Bin Location: e.g. front curb, side gate, back alley.
    • Gate Code (optional): So we can access gated areas.
    • Preferred Put‑Back Time. Choose your window (6–8AM, 8–10AM, 10–12PM).
    • Additional Notes: Pet warnings, driveway instructions, etc.

Once saved, you can log in anytime to update these details.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

Select the subscription that fits your routine and let us handle the rest.

  • Monthly Service – $20.00/month
  • Six Month Service – $120.00/6 months
  • Year Service – $240.00/12 months

Each plan includes automatic billing, customizable start date, and the option to cancel at any time. Prices are based of one-time purchases. Any purchase of a six month, or yearly subscription will include a discount.

On your scheduled trash day:

  1. We Fetch – Our team arrives within your chosen time window, retrieves your bins, and hauls them to the curb.
  2. We Return – After collection, we return your empty bins to their original spot.
  3. You Enjoy – No more early‑morning dashes or heavy lifting. Ever.
